1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing PhilBoss in any capacity — whether you're just browsing, registering, depositing, betting, or withdrawing — you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents together form the complete agreement between you and PhilBoss.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly. We will post the "Last Updated" date at the top whenever changes are made.

2 Eligibility

To register and use PhilBoss, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list administered by PAGCOR or any equivalent regulatory body.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of a PhilBoss employee.
• Online casino gaming and sports betting are not prohibited by any local ordinance or law applicable to you personally.

PhilBoss reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one active PhilBoss account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether to exploit bonuses, circumvent restrictions, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself.
• Keep your account credentials — username, password, and PIN — strictly confidential.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Not share your account with, or allow access by, any other person.
• Update your details promptly if any information changes.

PhilBoss will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

PhilBoss supports the following Philippine-local payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers (BDO, BPI, UnionBank), and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. All transactions are in Philippine Peso (₱).

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ₱100. Deposits are generally credited instantly.
• Deposits must come from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• PhilBoss does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱500. Maximum per transaction varies by payment method.
• All withdrawals require completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing.
• Withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days under normal circumstances.
• Withdrawal requests may be reviewed for compliance and anti-money laundering purposes, which may extend processing time.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable.

PhilBoss reserves the right to request additional documentation — such as a selfie with a valid ID — before releasing withdrawals above certain thresholds. This is a standard security measure, not a penalty.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

PhilBoss offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and event-specific promos tied to PBA seasons, NBA playoffs, and Philippine holidays. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are for personal use only — sharing or transferring bonus credit is not permitted.
• Each promotion has its own specific wagering requirement (rollover), which must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, exploiting loopholes, or coordinating with others to game bonus structures — will result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.
• PhilBoss reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• If a bonus was credited in error, PhilBoss reserves the right to reclaim it regardless of whether bets were placed using those funds.

6 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on PhilBoss — including PBA betting, basketball betting, and NBA betting — are subject to these general rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to your wager — regardless of subsequent changes.
• PhilBoss reserves the right to void bets where obvious pricing errors occurred, or where there is reasonable suspicion of match manipulation or integrity violations.
• For live (in-play) betting, bets are subject to acceptance lag due to live data feed latency. PhilBoss is not responsible for bets placed during this lag period.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or result dispute, PhilBoss will apply the relevant sport-specific rules. In most cases, bets on void events are returned to your account balance.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per day. These limits are displayed in the betting interface and may change at our discretion.

Casino game outcomes (baccarat, roulette, card games) are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Results are final once the game round is complete.

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

PhilBoss is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live card games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors — any winnings from such exploitation are considered void.
• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or reverse-engineer any part of the PhilBoss platform.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your true location or identity.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.

Accounts found in violation of these rules will be suspended immediately. Balances may be withheld pending investigation, and cases may be referred to relevant Philippine authorities where warranted.

8 Privacy & Data

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using PhilBoss, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information as described in that policy.

We collect data including but not limited to your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and gameplay history. This data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

9 Responsible Gaming

PhilBoss promotes responsible gaming and provides players with tools to manage their gaming habits. We strongly encourage all players to set personal limits — on deposits, session durations, and wager amounts — and to use them consistently.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, PhilBoss shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform.
• Interruption of service due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including force majeure events such as natural disasters, internet infrastructure failures, or government-mandated shutdowns).
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your credentials.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by your own device, internet connection, or local software.
• Decisions made based on inaccurate information you provided during registration or KYC.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11 Account Termination

Either you or PhilBoss may close an account at any time. To close your account voluntarily, contact our support team. Any real-money balance remaining after all pending bets are settled will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to passing all outstanding verification checks.

PhilBoss may suspend or permanently close your account — with or without prior notice — in cases including:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, identity theft, or money laundering.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Discovery that you are located in a restricted jurisdiction.
• Regulatory direction or court order requiring us to do so.

In the event of account closure due to a Terms violation, PhilBoss reserves the right to withhold balances pending a full investigation. Where criminal conduct is suspected, we may report the matter to PAGCOR or the Philippine National Police.

12 Amendments to These Terms

PhilBoss reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an on-site notification. The updated Terms will take effect from the date stated in the revision notice.

If you disagree with any changes to the Terms, you have the right to close your account. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

PhilBoss operates in compliance with the applicable gaming regulations administered by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with local laws applicable to them in their specific location within the Philippines.
